Feeding Unit (Servo pressure free leading edge)

1.Servo pressure free leading edge feed system is used: The paper feeding system consists of the leading
edge bellows plus pressure free bellows, two independent bellows, and four servo motors providing power. The reaction speed is fast and the precision is high. Since there is no need to adjust the pressure of the
guiding roller to feed the paper, the adjustment auxiliary feeding time can be extended to the longest. And adjusting the feed time operation is very simple.
2.The use of non-pressure leading edge feeding system solves the problem that the paper guide roller destroys the strength of the cardboard, completely avoids the damage of the paper guide roller to the
cardboard, and makes the physical indicators of the cardboard almost 100% guaranteed.Manufacturers have more choice in the use of paper. Due to the cancellation of the paper guide roller conveying mechanism, all  the cardboard is not damaged during conveying, which solves the goal that other leading edge feeding
mechanisms cannot achieve.

Machine clutch:

4 .Host self-locking function: the unit is not fully locked, the host can not start, to ensure the safety of the machine  and  the  operator;  When  the  host   is  working  normally,  the   clutch   function  of  the  unit   is automatically locked to avoid machine and personnel injury caused by misoperation.
Dust removal device:
The multi-row brush dust removal device in the paper feeding part can remove a lot of dust, paper scraps and other debris on the printing surface of the cardboard, and improve the printing quality.

Ink leveling, quick cleaning system (scraper ink leveling system) 2 sets:
