Machine Introduction
This equipment mainly consists of three major parts:
the main unit (the box-making machine), the paper receiving section, and the paper feeding section.
The range of paper thickness that this machine can process is from 260 grams to 2 kilograms.
1. The paper placement section is mainly used for stacking paper boards and adjusting their positions.
2. The paper feeding section places the paper boards from the paper placement section into the box press machine and corrects their positions.
3. The paper collection section receives the properly pressed paper boards onto the tray.
4. The tray then delivers the paper boards to the paper collection section.
5. The machine adopts full servo control and has a high level of automation.

Material
1. The main steel plates and square tubes of the machine's wall panels and frames are connected by bolts, forming a reasonable structure that is both sturdy and durable.
2. Most of the transmission shafts use straight smooth shafts.
3. The gears are hardened with 45# steel, which is wear-resistant and long-lasting.
4. The suction nozzles are specially designed for the flat press flat die cutting machine, with high suction force and stable paper suction.
5. This machine uses a vacuum generator to provide suction force for the suction nozzles, eliminating the need for maintenance and ensuring the normal operation of the suction nozzles.
6. The air station interface of each machine is 10MM air pipe to the machine position. It is equipped with its own air compressor, 6 kilowatt power supply, and an independent circuit breaker to the machine position.
Feature:
1. The power of this machine is provided by Delta servo motors and runs synchronously with the box press. It is fully servo-controlled and has a high degree of automation.
2. The structure of this machine is simple and easy to adjust.
3. It is controlled by PLC and also has three running speeds (high, medium, and low) to handle various thicknesses of paperboard. The 7-inch human-machine interface is convenient for operation and counting.
4. An electric bell is used. When the machine is powered on, it gives a ringing sound as a warning to enhance safety alert.
5. After the paperboard is fed into the box press, it is corrected by the movable side stopper, improving the paper feeding accuracy.
This box-folding machine's mechanical arm equipment was successfully developed by our company's technical personnel through continuous efforts and multiple experiments. This product has a simple structure, low cost, fast operation speed, convenient operation, saves labor costs, and ensures accurate paper feeding. It enables the box-folding machine to have the configuration and functions of a fully automatic flat-to-flat die-cutting machine with very little investment. The advent of this mechanical arm for the box-folding machine has endowed ordinary box-folding machines with the automatic paper feeding performance of high-speed machines, making it the most ideal feeding mechanism for box-folding machines.
