I. This machine adopts the feeding method of manual feeding paper suction and push plate feeding system. It has the function of grooving corrugated cardboard at one time, and the machine and grooving depth are adjusted manually. The slotting phase adjustment mechanism is a planetary gear structure. It adopts manual 360-degree adjustment, and the upper and lower slotting cutter heads are manually moved left and right. It is easy to use and maintain, and is small and exquisite. It is a professional equipment for slotting and forming of partitions.

II. Main structural and functional characteristics
1. The paper feed shaft adopts pattern roller, and the pressure adjustment of the paper feed shaft adopts eccentric wheel adjustment, and the left and right eccentric wheels can independently adjust the pressure.
2. The paper feeding push plate adopts a double-sided baffle plus a rear baffle to stabilize the cardboard, so as to facilitate the feeding process of the push plate
The middle handle is misplaced with the paper on the previous cardboard, resulting in a slotting error. It can better adapt to various quality cardboards, and the paper feeding is stable and accurate.
3. The slotting cutter head is made of aging castings. The slotting cutter adopts a serrated arc semi-circular cutter to slot and remove chips. After slotting, the cardboard enters the conveyor belt for output.
4. After the cardboard is slotted, it will be sent out by the four conveyor belts in the paper output part of the equipment, and loaded into the cardboard stacking tray, which is conveyed smoothly and stacked neatly.
5. The power frequency conversion speed regulation and speed regulation function of the machine can be adjusted according to customer needs.
6. The machine adopts manual planetary gear phase adjustment to adjust the size of the cardboard.
