Machine characteristics
The leading edge servo feed paper, the left and right baffle is driven by servo motor, and the rear table is driven by servo motor. Servo system to complete the tool function, 5-50s quick change order, can connect electronic products, ERP, scanning QR code change order, etc.
1. All drive rolls are high quality steel, hard chrome plated, surface grinding.
2. The whole machine adopts high precision gear, tooth grinding processing, material is 20CrMoTi, hardness 55-60 degrees, high strength, wear resistance, smooth work.
3. The gear and each drive shaft are connected without key, so that the shaft and gear are seamlessly connected.
4. Both hands of the host start button to ensure the safety of the operator.

functional configuration
Feed group (leading edge 4 servo feed)
1. The main panel is operated by touch screen and control button, which is convenient and reliable.
2. The startup of the host is controlled by two buttons to ensure the safety of the operator and the host.
3. Feed paper count setting, display production quantity.
4. The position of the left and right baffle plate and the position of the rear table are controlled by servo motor.
5. The front baffle synchronizes the electric adjustment gap.
6. Leading edge paper feed 7.5kw fan, suction auxiliary paper feed, according to the bending degree of the cardboard, to ensure smooth paper feed.
7. The machine is divided and closed by electric control, and the alarm bell continues to alarm and warn the operator to ensure the safety of the operator.
Pneumatic interlocking device, the main engine motor start protection device (the machine is not locked, the main engine can not start operation).
Five joint slotting group
1. The tool arrangement adopts ball screw and linear guide rail to make the adjustment more accurate.
