The 1060 window patching machine is suitable for reinforcing paper products with windows or without windows, such as mobile phone cases, wine boxes, gift boxes, napkin boxes, cosmetic boxes, children's toy boxes, clothing boxes, milk boxes, greeting cards, etc. The suitable card paper ranges from 200 to 500g/square meter. This product realizes the functions of applying glue, attaching films, opening film pieces (optional), and organizing the paper board automatically after die-cutting and before filling the box/crate.

Technical Characteristics and Configuration
1. The entire machine is controlled by low-voltage electrical appliances. It uses an independent transformer (built-in in the machine itself, no additional external one is required), and the components operate absolutely stably and reliably.
2. The entire machine is controlled by a programmable controller (PLC) human-machine interface.

(1) Paper feeding section: Controlled by an independent servo system to achieve precise and stable working state with point motion and high-speed operation.
(2) Conveying section: The adhesive wheel smoothly transitions the paper feeding, with precise positioning, no scratches or abrasions.
(3) Adhesive application section: Uses an independent deceleration motor, controlled by a frequency converter to synchronize with the main unit, allowing for machine stop without stopping the adhesive, adjustable adhesive volume, adjustable glue amount, and precise adjustment of the glue plate position, with the cleaning of glue able to be pulled out and automatically powered off.
(4) Printing adhesive section: Uses a lightweight roller, reducing operating costs, with a stainless steel surface and a mesh pattern, enabling accurate and convenient plate positioning, left and right adjustment, and 360° adjustment without stopping.
(5) Film attaching section: Uses the principle of the wind source, with adjustable gap between the rollers, combined with the work of the wind chamber, achieving flexibility in meeting the requirements of paper thickness and adhesive adhesion strength (equipped with an independent turbine device).
(6) Film feeding section: Controlled by a servo motor. The combination of rollers for film pressing and transmission, without scratches on the film, convenient adjustment of size, and precise film breakage.
(7) Sorting section: Can transport the film-attached products neatly and smoothly, achieving intermittent pressing.
