The automatic box gluing machine can be used for bonding, stacking, and pressing of AA and AB pieces into two pieces and single piece forming boxes in one molding process. This machine can replace manual box gluing and reduce labor intensity. Compared with traditional box gluing machines, due to its relatively high degree of automation, it can save labor, greatly improve product quality, and reduce labor costs. The pressing section of this machine outputs finished cardboard boxes from the paper feeding end. One worker completes the cardboard feeding and collection of finished cardboard boxes, while another worker specializes in collecting and packaging cardboard boxes. Therefore, only two people are needed to operate the equipment, which covers an area of 3.5 meters x 4 meters. Paper processing range: A-E corrugated.

This machine consists of two parts, the automatic paper feeding and gluing part - the folding and pressing part, and the final forming part.
1. This machine adopts four servo speed regulation to transport cardboard and cardboard adhesive alignment, PLC centralized control, precise operation control, and the paper feeding system is equipped with strong suction air to feed paper, which can transport single and double sheets of paper.
In the dual sheet paper feeding mode, the left and right paper feeding wheels have independent servo drive devices to cooperate with the action of the bonding part. Regardless of which side of the cardboard reaches the paper feeding wheel on the other side of the paper feeding part, the paper feeding stops.
3. When making two molded cardboard boxes, the two sheets of paper can be dynamically coated with glue (hot melt adhesive in the middle), three sided pneumatic positioning, servo alignment on both sides, and upper pneumatic compression. The two sheets are bonded together to form one, and the bonding is firm.
4. The compression part is the final compression and shaping structure. After being bonded into a single piece, the paper is automatically stacked and formed by the equipment, and then transported to the flattening section for slow conveyance until it is output and packaged.
