2). Operation instructions
First of all, turn on the power on the operation panel, ventilate the air pipe, make sure that the electronic display is running normally, first press the alarm bell, check the safety around the machine, and then press the start switch, the green light is on. Confirm the operation of the main motor and the main motor of the paper receiving part, confirm the operation, and then check whether the servo lifting platform is raised at the high point, open the suction fan and the paper feed switch, and confirm the operation of the paper feed belt. After confirming that the whole machine is running well, turn off the above switch and operate in the following order.
(1) Cardboard positioning
1. First fold the cardboard to be glued, put the adhesive part in the center on the paper conveyor belt, and then unfold the cardboard, stick the right baffle on the right side of the cardboard, and also put the left baffle close to it.
2. Move the conveyor belt to the appropriate position and evenly distribute the belt.
3. Move the left and right front baffles to the right and left side of the appropriate belt above, pay attention to, do not put in the groove, to prevent deviation.
4. The gap between the front baffle and the cardboard is generally higher than one-third of the thickness of the cardboard.
5. Adjust the paper bracket, the Angle does not need to change, adjust the distance between the front and back, so that the cardboard is hung on the lower end of the inclined plate, so that the Angle between the belt and the cardboard is as small as possible.
6. Adjust the roller to the thickness of one piece of cardboard.
(2) Glue wheel positioning
1. Adjust the gap between the small press wheel on the gluing device and the gluing wheel to the thickness of the cardboard.
2. Make the machine run slowly, use the paper feed switch to pull out a piece of cardboard to stop in front of the gluing wheel, and move the gluing wheel to the appropriate position at the same time
3. After passing the first piece of cardboard through the gluing wheel, observe the gluing position and the amount of glue, and adjust the amount of glue with fine adjustment.
(3) Origami section positioning
1. Adjust the left and right arms of the folding paper, so that the line pressing wheel is aligned with the slot of the carton, and then adjust the height of the line pressing wheel.
2. The right origami is adjusted the same as the left origami.
3. Adjust the slip of paper, click and run the cardboard, use the slip of paper to hold the cardboard, so that the cardboard is slowly folded.
(4) Drop the paper receiving output part
1. On the basis of the adjustment of the paper feeding part and the folding part, continue to click and run the cardboard, so that the cardboard falls at the paper outlet, and then adjust the paper receiving baffle before and after, so that the cardboard is strong between the baffle and the flap board.
2. Set the number of sheets: Set the number of sheets depends on the thickness and size of the carton. The set range is generally 10-30 photos.
3. Set the stack base. Depending on the thickness of the carton and the number of stacks, the set sheet range is generally two-thirds of the number of stacks.
4. Set the number of layers; According to the thickness and speed of the cardboard, the set number of pieces is generally 2-5 pieces.
5. Set the thickness of cardboard; According to the servo lifting platform, the set thickness is generally 2-4mm higher than the actual cardboard thickness.
6. Set the board width; Set according to the actual width of cardboard and servo lifting platform.
7.Press paper conveying high and low adjustment; According to the thickness of the cardboard and the number of stacked sheets, the press belt is adjusted higher in advance to prevent the height of the press belt from being too low and colliding with the cardboard. After the paper belt is raised, run the machine, and then fine-tune the paper belt after sending out a carton, so that the belt can be better pressed on the carton, the strength is not too tight, moderate on the line.
8. The gas pressure is set by the regulator, and the general gas pressure is set at about 5 air pressures, less than 4 cylinders act slowly, and more than 5 cylinders act too fast, which causes unfavorable factors to the gluing machine and should be avoided. There is a gas fine tuning valve on the cylinder, which can be fine-tuned if the cylinder operates at different speeds.

10. Operation precautions
1) Pay special attention to the inner and outer limit position when adjusting the left and right width, use the point and watch the position when reaching the limit, turn off the switch when reaching the limit, so as not to burn the gear reducer.
2) All belts on the machine must not be adjusted too tight, which will make the belt connection part off, or the service life is shortened. The paper supply belt needs special protection.
3.Automatic glue box machine

1. Paper feeding part:
First of all, open the two sides of the baffle, and then put into the carton to be glued, and then keep the two sides of the baffle to maintain a certain gap, and jam the carton sheet.
Two, folding part:
First, align the left and right press arms with the cutting corners and grooving lines of the carton sheet in the paper feeding part to ensure accurate paper feeding. Then adjust the two press arms of the prepress wheel and the forming press wheel. It is necessary to maintain a certain gap to prevent the inner paper of the carton from being crushed.
Third, pile paper, calibration department:
When the carton enters the correction section, first move the receiving section to the appropriate position, then adjust the carton in the correction area, the carton width, and then adjust the pile amount of paper (see the relevant information tips in the touch). Then adjust the stacking height.
