The fully automatic intelligent line pressing type box gluing machine consists of a vacuum paper feeding section, a line pressing section, a glue folding section, and a counting and stacking output section.
All motors are imported brands such as Siemens and Schneider, with variable frequency speed regulation and standard PLC touch screen control. The entire machine can be electrically adjusted by simply inputting three data points (length, width, and height dimensions) on the touch screen, and the machine will automatically adjust to the desired position. The operation is simple and reliable, with a maximum speed of 200 meters per minute for box gluing and an average speed of 150 meters per minute for box gluing. The entire electrical system is designed and produced in accordance with European standards, with the concept of safe and reliable operation and easy maintenance. Adopting Delta or Siemens main control PLC control, it is easy to operate and has strong humanization. The main control PLC is reserved with program upgrade interfaces for future equipment upgrades and use. The main power motor of the whole machine adopts frequency conversion speed regulation, using Delta or Siemens frequency converters, with stable speed, environmental protection and energy saving, and full motor protection (when the voltage is too high or too low, when the motor overheats or the current is too high, the frequency converter automatically alarms and stops running, with corresponding alarm codes displayed). All contactors used for controlling motors in the entire machine are Schneider AC contactors, and thermal overload relays are installed to protect the motor when the load is too heavy.
