Area of application
 

  This is a full-automatic strapping machine used for strapping products using a polypropylene (PP) strap (straps for machines) for stabilizing purposes. The products to be strapped are limited within the arch, whose inner specifications can be customized according to customer requirements (standard specifications: W650mm × H500mm). Be careful for rigidity of working materials, and don't try to strap wet, ashy, powder or too-heavy (usually max. load 80kg) packages.
 

  This machine was designed for strapping only. We strongly recommend that this machine not be modified and/or used for any application other than for which it was designed. Pay attention to the load-bearing capacity described in the manual. Do not use the machine until you have known all items.
 

  This equipment is not suitable for explosive environments. It shall be specially customized if it is will be used in explosive atmospheres.
 

  If it is used for the strapping of food or medicine products, it is recommended to use a specially customized stainless steel machine, which should be also cleaned and disinfected with disinfectants in accordance with industry regulations.
 

  If it is used for the strapping of corrosive goods (such as seafood, etc.), pay attention to rust protection, and do not let a corrosive liquid enter the strapping head. In case that it goes into the strapping head, it should be dried immediately to prevent the strapping head from rusting, which will result in motor overload.

In case of objects or liquids spill, scattering on the ground around the machine, immediately remove these spills to avoid the risk of personnel slipping.
