Feeding Unit

Machine clutch:

Computer unit:

Printing Unit
Printing roller:

Rubber Roller:

Phase adjusting mechanism:

Die cutting roller

Traverse and repair device:

3)Automatic lifting of die-cutting roller: the die-cutting roller is equipped with a pneumatic automatic separation device, when the cardboard is detected, the roller falls and the die-cutting cardboard;  When no cardboard passes through, the rubber roller rises, reducing the wear of the rubber pad, thereby improving the service life.

Gear Wheel:
1)The main transmission gear is made of 40Cr alloy steel, thickness 60mm. After tempering, carburizing and quenching treatment, fine grinding tooth processing.

Oil supply device:
