Feeding unit
Lead edge feeding & printing unit
1.Machine separate and close
(1)The electric control machine clutch is equipped with an alarm bell, and the alarm bell is continuously sounded during the movement to ensure the safety of the operators.
(2)Pneumatic interlocking device.
(3)The main motor adopts frequency conversion motor, frequency conversion control, energy saving, stable starting, with motor starting protection device.
2.Leading edge roller paper feeding system
(1)Suction assists paper feeding, and the air volume can be adjusted according to the different bending conditions of the cardboard to ensure smooth paper feeding.
(2)Paper lifting and dropping are driven by air cylinders, which are quick and labor-saving.
(3)Adopt the leading edge roller paper feeding system.
(4)Manual adjustment of the side baffle and rear baffle box position; manual adjustment of the front baffle gap.
(5)Interleaved paper feeding device (continuous or interleaved paper feeding can be selected as required).
(6)The paper feed counter sets and displays the production quantity.
3.Dust removal device (optional)
(1) The brush dust removal device of the paper feeding part can remove a large amount of impurities on the printing surface of the cardboard and improve the printing quality.
4.Paper feed roller
(1) The outer diameter of the upper roller is φ100mm.
(2) High-quality seamless steel, wrapped with wear-resistant rubber, and balance correction.
(3) The lower roller is embossed with φ124mm and is plated with hard chrome, and the balance is corrected.
(4) Manual adjustment of the paper feed roller gap dial, the adjustment range is 0-12mm.
5.Auto-zero device
(1) The paper feeding section, printing section, and slotting section are automatically reset to zero by electric.
(2) Generally, the carton uses an automatic zero-return device, and it can be adjusted to the correct position after two trial printing, reducing the waste of cardboard.
Host control: the motor image represents the switch state of the main motor, the current speed is displayed on it, and the fixed speed is the set speed. When the host is stopped, after filling in the number, turn on the host and run at the set speed. Printing department (optional 1-5 color printing group)
1. Printing roller (plate roller)
(1) The outer diameter is φ240mm
(2) The surface of the steel pipe is ground and plated with hard chromium.
(3) Perform balance correction to ensure stable operation.
(4) Load and unload the printing plate, the foot switch electrically controls the forward and reverse rotation.
2. Printing press roller
(1) The outer diameter is φ124mm.

3. Paper feeding upper and lower rollers
(1) Upper roller: Thick-walled steel pipe with outer diameter of φ71mm, equipped with two paper feeding rings.
(2) Lower roller: thick-walled steel pipe with outer diameter of φ124mm, surface ground, hard chrome plated.
(3) Manual adjustment of the paper feed roller gap dial, the adjustment range is 0-12mm.
4. Steel anilox roll (optional Dalian or Haili)
(1) The outer diameter is φ140mm.
(2) The surface of the steel pipe is ground, reticulated, and plated with hard chromium.
(3) Perform balance correction to ensure stable operation.
(4) The number of meshes can be selected from 180, 200, 220, 250, 300 meshes.
(5) Cooperate with the pneumatic automatic lifting device of the paper feeding system. (The anilox roller descends to contact the printing plate during paper feeding, and the anilox roller rises and separates from the printing plate when paper feeding is stopped).
(6) The anilox roller is equipped with a wedge-type overrunning clutch, which is convenient and quick to distribute and wash the ink.
5. Rubber roller
(1) The outer diameter is φ142mm.
(2) The surface of the steel pipe is wrapped with wear-resistant rubber, and the balance is adjusted.
(3) The rubber medium and high special grinding, the ink transfer effect is good.
6. Phase adjustment mechanism
(1) Planetary gear structure.
(2) Motorized digital 360° adjustment of printing phase. (Adjustable for operation and stop)
(3) Manually adjust the horizontal position, the adjustment distance is 10mm in total.
7. Ink circulation
(1) Pneumatic diaphragm pump, stable ink supply, simple operation and maintenance.
(2) Ink filter screen to filter impurities.
8. Printing phase fixing device (optional)
Phase control; the current value represents the current position of the printing roller in the longitudinal direction. After the adjustment value is input, press the left or right button, and the printing roller will run to the left or right to the position where the data is input and stop;
Horizontal control: manual adjustment of the left and right pull plate is stable and safe.
Slotting part (six-axis linkage)
1. Creasing device
(1) The shaft diameter is φ71mm, and the surface is ground. Hard chrome plated, stable movement.
(2) Perform balance correction to ensure stable operation.
(3) Manual adjustment of the pressure wheel gap dial, the adjustment range is 0---12mm.
2. Transverse adjustment mechanism of slotting tool holder
(1) The shaft diameter is φ124mm, the surface is ground, hard chrome plated, and the movement is stable.
(2) The width of the slotting knife is 5-7mm.
(3) The alloy steel material is heat-treated and ground tooth-shaped grooving knife, with excellent hardness and toughness.
(4) The alloy steel material is heat-treated and ground trimming knife, with sharp edge and high precision.
(5) The position of pre-pressing wheel, crimping wheel, and slotting tool holder is adjusted by manual and mechanical synchronous joint adjustment with precision linear guide, which saves time and effort, and quickly changes orders.
3. Slotting phase adjustment mechanism
(1) Planetary gear structure.
(2) Motorized digital 360 adjustment of slotting phase. (It can be adjusted during running and stopping).
4. Box height adjustment mechanism
(1) Planetary gear structure.
(2) Single-pole electric digital adjustment.
5. Carton slot size

the stacking department
1. Paper receiving arm
(1) Manual or automatic operation can be selected.
(2) The drive belt of the receiving arm can be adjusted individually for tightness without being restricted by the length of the belt.
2. Lifting of the bed
(1) Driven by powerful chains.
(2) The stacking height is 1600mm.
(3) The bed lifting drive motor is equipped with a brake function, so the bed can be kept in a fixed position and will not slide down.
(4) The safety protection device is installed to make the bed table rise and fall under control to ensure the safety of the operators.
(5) Planar wrinkle climbing belt to prevent the cardboard from sliding down.
3. Connect the cardboard
(1) The paper receiving baffle is operated by air pressure. When the cardboard is stacked to a predetermined height, the receiving pallet automatically extends to support the cardboard.
(2) Manually adjust the position of the rear baffle.
Transmission gear
1. Main drive gear
(1) Material: ball-milled cast steel, processed by milling the teeth first and then grinding the teeth, automatic spray lubrication
(2) Six-level accuracy, smooth operation, hardness HRC58-62, long life, basically no wear within 10 years, and can achieve long-term printing registration.
