SF-320 fingerless type single facer



Structural features:
★It adopts hood suction structure, equipped with high pressure and powerful fan. Suction is equipped with silencer, air source and electrical control are concentrated in the same operation cabinet, not less than 1.5 meters away from the host, and the operation side is fully enclosed and fully covered.
★Cast iron structure of base and wall panel, wall thickness 200mm. Independent gearbox, universal joint drive.
★The corrugated roller is made of 48CrMo alloy steel, which is quenched and tempered, laser quenched, and the surface is polished; the diameter of the corrugated roller is ¢320mm, and the surface hardness is above HRC60 degrees. The key parts of the tile roller and pressure roller bearings adopt Havalo bearings.
★Pressure roller ¢ 320mm, surface grinding process and chrome plating treatment; air pressure control moves up and down, the material is medium carbon steel No. 45, quenched and tempered (with buffer device).
★The gluing roller unit adopts an overall outward-moving structure, which can be moved out of the machine for maintenance during maintenance, which improves work efficiency; the diameter of the gluing roller is ¢240mm, and the surface is polished and engraved with 30 pits. After hard chrome plating, the surface of the squeegee roller is polished and then plated with hard chrome.
★The gluing department can be moved as a whole, and the gluing roller can be replaced quickly and easily.
★The corrugating roller and pressure roller adopt pneumatic pressure device, which makes the work stable;
★The preheating roller adopts seamless steel pipe ¢400mm produced by Tiangang, all connected with metal hoses.
